DAY: April 28th
TIME: 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
WHAT IS IT: A day where we bring in inner-city students to UTSA for presentations and tours facilitated mostly by current students (approximately a 100 students). The event is student planned and student ran. Lunch will be provided by the support of different vendors.
We will be utilizing the Ballroom area and Bexar room for facilitation. Tours will be offered during the experience of the campus. There will slots to help in ALL aspects of the day.
Please let us know if you will be able to help out at this event. We would like to see all council members participating in this event!!!
